Proud great grandfather of Finn, Avery, Mia, & Benjamin.

Dear brother of Frank Lesiak, & the late Barbara (Gerald) Burke, & the late Norbert & Helen Lesiak.

Fond uncle of many nieces & nephews.

Funeral Monday 10:15 am from Thompson & Kuenster Funeral Home, 5570 W. 95th St. in Oak Lawn to St. Gerald for Mass at 11:00 am.

Interment private.

Visitation Sunday from 3:00 pm until 8:00 pm.
