Loving father of Robert Soto, Linda Kotwicka, Aniceto Arteaga, Jr., Blanca Raz, Raymond Soto, Elida Ruiz, Isabel Paniagua, Lydia Villarreal,  Gloria Collazo, Maria Schmidt, Trinidad Arteaga, & the late Cecilia Figueroa, Richard Soto, & CindyLou Martinez.

Cherished grandfather of 44.

Proud great & great-great grandfather of many.

Dear brother of Ricardo Arteaga & preceded in death by 5 brothers & 3 sisters.

Fond uncle of many nieces & nephews.

Resting at Thompson & Kuenster Funeral Home, 5570 W. 95th St. in Oak Lawn where Services will take place Tuesday March 4th at 7:00 pm.

Burial Saturday, March 8th at San Felipe Cemetery in Del Rio, Texas.

Visitation Tuesday, March 4th from 3:00 pm until 8:00 pm.
