It is with profound sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved Cindy K. Furiasse, 50, of Oak Lawn. Surrounded by her loving family, she peacefully passed on December 14th. Cindy was brought into this world on September 14, 1973, to Charlotte and Adriano (Frenchie) Furiasse. After graduating from Hubbard High School, Cindy went on to pursue a degree in Nursing at Lewis University. Dedicating 19 years to the noble profession, she served as a compassionate nurse, a pillar of strength, and a source of unwavering support to countless patients over the years. Cindy’s devotion to her patients and commitment to excellence were unmatched, leaving a lasting impact on the lives she touched. Beyond her professional achievements, Cindy Furiasse was a devoted mother to her five children. She approached motherhood with endless love, selflessness, and an unwavering determination to provide her children with the best possible future. Always putting the needs of her family before her own, Cindy nurtured all her children with boundless affection and instilled in them the values of courage, compassion, and resilience. Cindy Furiasse will be remembered for her active lifestyle, fierce personality, infectious laughter, and her ability to lift the spirits of those around her. Cindy’s genuine care and positive energy touched countless lives , and her absence will be greatly felt by everyone who had the privilege of knowing her. Cindy is survived and deeply missed by her devoted children: Zamira, Tiffany, Nicholas, Samuel, and Lily. She predeceased her mother and loving husband, Carl.

Resting at Thompson & Kuenster Funeral Home, 5570 W. 95th St. in Oak Lawn where Services will take place Thursday at 10:00 am.

Interment Resurrection Cemetery.

Visitation Wednesday from 3:00 pm until 8:00 pm

Though our hearts ache with grief, we take solace in knowing that Cindy Furiasse will forever remain in our hearts and memories. May she rest in eternal peace.
