Beloved wife of the late Harry Pavela.

Loving mother of Harry (Marcia) Pavela,  Thomas Pavela,  David (Deborah) Pavela, & the late Gary Pavela.

Cherished grandmother of Laura, Tim, Amy, Rachel, Gina, Daniel, Neil, & the late Joseph, & Jason.

Proud great grandmother of 6.

Dear sister of John (Dolores) Harzich, Eleanor (the late John) Bedalow, Joanne (the late Ray) Sipich, & Joseph (Mary) Harzich.

Fond aunt, great aunt & great-great aunt of many nieces & nephews.

Funeral Mass Saturday July 9th , 10:00 am at St. Jerome Croatian Church, 2823 S. Princeton Ave. in Chicago.

Interment St. Mary Cemetery.

Visitation Friday from 3:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Thompson & Kuenster Funeral Home, 5570 W. 95th St. in Oak Lawn.

Mary loved to shop for fashionable clothes, shoes, & jewelry. After a few days consideration, she also loved returning items that didn’t make the final cut.

In lieu of flowers, memorials to St. Jerome Croatian Church or Disabled Veteran’s DAV.ORG would be greatly appreciated.
