Nickodemus R. Sisneros

Nickodemus (Nick) R. Sisneros (12-21-44 – 05-17-22)

Preceded in death by son Alfonso Vigil, parents Josephine nee Vargas and Eddie Sisneros.

Nick, born in Crowley, Colorado, he honorably served in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War aboard the USS Navarro. Nick was a proud member of American Legion Post 1017 in Little Village. Nick provided for his family working over 30 years at Heinemann’s Bakery. He was an avid Denver Broncos fan who enjoyed watching his grandkids play soccer, basketball and baseball.

He is survived by his wife Nora Sisneros, beloved daughter Rita (Ruben) Muñoz, son Derec Sisneros, daughter in law Nancy Vigil, his grandchildren Jamie, Daniel, Elizabeth, Paula, Desiree, Valerie and many cherished great grandchildren.

He was a loving brother to many and dear uncle to many nieces and nephews.

Resting at Thompson & Kuenster Funeral Home, 5570 W. 95th St. in Oak Lawn where Services will take place Monday May 23rd at 11:00 am.

Interment St. Mary Cemetery.

Visitation Sunday May 22nd from 3:00 pm until 8:00 pm.
