Mary A. Minervini
Mary A. Minervini nee Cicchino. Beloved wife of the late Frank A. Minervini. Loving mother of Michael (Sandra) Minervini, the late Mario (the late Karen) Minervini, Frank (Shannon) Minervini II, Daniel (Paulette) Minervini, Mary Gallegos and Marie Minervini. Cherished grandmother of Anthony (Lisa), Mark, Nicole, Tressa (Dan), Michael, Lisa, Joseph, Ross, Frank III (Amanda), Michelle (David), Angela, Madalyn (Nick), Shane, Danielle, Cooper (Kijrstjn), Christopher (Ripley), Melanie, Vincent, Cameron (Destinee) and Marina. Proud great-grandmother of 21 beautiful children and many grand-fur-babies. She really loved her pets, as part of the family. Dearly loved sister-in-law, cousin and aunt of many wonderful people. Mary was a sign language interpreter for the Chicago Hearing Society and taught sign language. She was also involved in many clubs, organizations and volunteer work including South Town Club of the Deaf, Oak Lawn Baseball for Boys, La Rabida Children’s hospital, Friends of the Oak Lawn Public Library, Oak Lawn Park District and PTA-room mother for her children’s schools. Mary passed away on April 1st the age of 91. She loved being surrounded by family. Always a kind, nurturing and sharing person who loved taking care of everyone and making them smile and feel comforted. She will be deeply missed by all who were fortunate to know her. Due to current circumstances, a celebration of Mary’s life will be held at a later date.
