Sister Dorothy A. Burns, R.S.M., 84 years old, formerly known as Sister M. Lorraine, of Chicago. Beloved Sister of Mercy for 64 years. Loving daughter of the late Catherine nee Kirrane & James Burns. Dear sister of the late James (Rosemary) Burns & Patricia (Rod) Kath. Proud aunt of Mary Pat, Jim, Rod & Brad. Cherished great aunt of one niece & many nephews.

Visitation Thursday from 3:00 pm until 7:00 pm with a Welcoming at 2:30 pm at Mercy Circle, 3659 W. 99th St., in Chicago.

Mass of Christian burial Friday at 10:00 am at Mercy Chapel, 3659 W. 99th St., in Chicago.

Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Sisters of Mercy would be greatly appreciated.
