Cherished grandfather of Michael (Colleen) Kozubowski, Christopher (Anna) Kozubowski & William Rakowski. Proud great grandfather of Lilian, Claire & Ava. Dear brother of Agnes Pastiak, Lilian Korkosz, James Capiak, Eleanor Capiak, Adolph Capiak & the late Edward Capiak. Fond uncle of many nieces & nephews. Resting at Thompson & Kuenster Funeral Home,5570 W. 95th St., Oak Lawn where Services will take place Monday at 7:00 pm. Interment private at Resurrection Cemetery. Visitation Monday from 3 pm until time of Service at 7:00 pm.
