William J. Cotter U.S. Korean War Army Veteran. Beloved husband of Elaine nee Palkovic. Loving father of Mark (Diane) Cotter, Timothy Cotter , Mary McLeod and David (Darlene) Cotter. Cherished grandfather of Ashley (fiancé Tyler), Samantha, Johnny, Billy, Cori, Jake, Jenna & Tommy. Dear brother of Edward (the late Judith) Cotter, Richard (Patricia) Cotter, Dorothy (the late Frank) Paulan, & the late Joseph & Renee Cotter & Marion & Alfred Tague. Fond uncle of many nieces and nephews. Resting at Thompson & Kuenster Funeral Home, 5570 W. 95th St., Oak Lawn where Services will be held Monday at 11 am. Interment Fairmount Willow Hills Cemetery. Visitation Sunday from 2 pm until 8 pm.
